Wim and Magdel Vorster are the owners and operators of Wild Web Africa, a company that was founded in 2012. Wild Web Africa specialises in wildlife film productions & guided wildlife photographic safaris.
They are keen wildlife naturalists and are very passionate about conserving natural habitats & its inhabiting wildlife.
After time spent in the African bush as field guides and camp managers, and Wim establishing himself as an acclaimed wildlife photographer, they realised it will not be enough to convey a powerful conservation message.
Together they entered the wildlife filmmaking industry in 2013 and worked at various established production companies in southern Africa that included WildEarth.TV, Aquavision TV Productions & NHFU Botswana.
In 2019 Wild Web Africa embarked on their own filmmaking journey and established themselves on Mashatu Game Reserve in Botswana. “The Wild Sides”, their first production just got underway when the Covid 19 pandemic hit our planet and production was halted. The filming for “The Wild Sides”, a 3 part series, was successfully completed mid 2022 and through collaboration with Terra Mater Studios and Red Rock International the post-production process was finalised by early 2023. “The Wild Sides” will be airing all around Europe and north America during the 2nd part of 2023.
